The actor Alexander Skarsgard is in talks to play Thor. What do you think? I think he definitely has the right look. He is actually pretty jacked too. He's also 6 ft 4 which is good.

If you go to my blog on the page "The Loop" it has all the release dates for movies, music, books, etc. that are worth being stated. If you're lazy and don't feel like going there I'll just answer it now: it comes out June 17th, 2011. The next movie Marvel is coming out with is Iron Man 2 on May 7th, 2010. This all leads up to the BIG one in 2012: The Avengers. Now THAT is going to rule...

Rumor has it that Josh Hartnett may be cast for Loki. I don't like this casting at all. I've never been impressed by his work. I hope this doesn't happen... I've read that Hartnett wants to pull off a "Ledger/Joker" performance. Give me a break.

Thor movie moved up to May 20th, 2011. Two weeks after Spiderman 4 comes out... FYI.

Apparently it's near official that Chris Hemsworth is Thor. He plays Kirks father in Star Trek. Looks the part to me. He's 6'3", blonde, etc. Just needs to take some steroids to look jacked and grow out his hair.
