Two of Boston's most valuable players, Pedroia and Youk both are banged up on account of the meaningless WBC.

WBC should be banned. It's stupid. Players are playing at the wrong time of the season (Spring Training). They're not supposed to be exerting themselves at that point... You get injuries that way.

I HATE the WBC
I understand the attempt they are making, but its not working. No one cares in the US. Major pieces of teams are exerting themselves too early, getting injured, and if they aren't they will be tired come sept/oct
