| Boston Bruins secure the TOP seed in the Eastern Conference and as of today will play the NY Rangers in the first round. Rangers have played the Bruins tough during their four regular season meetings (series tied 2-2). Go Bruins! |

| Bruins versus the Canadiens... again... this year is different though. No way that Boston gets ousted inthe first round. Should be an awesome series though. It will be brutal. It will be like a battle scene from Braveheart on ice. The last game they played against each other (just last week) was incredibly aggressive. It took forever to play the match because of all the fights... I say Bruins in 5. | |

| Many people not from the New England area or astute hockey fans know that this rivalry used to be as heated and competitive as Yankees vs. Red Sox or Packers vs. Bears.

| Bruins with a decisive 4-0 win in Game 5 vs the Canes.
Game 6 will be huge. If the B's can win that one (which is a lot to ask) then it will make for a great match in Boston for Game 7. | |

| Suspension for that sucker punch or not? I say suspension. No brainer. I can't believe they only fined him 2500 bucks. Heck why not just go around a punch people in the face at the end of the game if it only costs that much! Should be an emotional game tonight. Potential for a HUGE fight. | |
